Derbyshire day services framework directory

We operate and manage a day services framework which is designed to enable access to meaningful, personalised and person-centred activities based on individual choices, by people eligible for support under the Care Act (2014).

This includes:

• older people and people living with dementia
• people with a learning disability
• autistic people
• people experiencing mental ill health
• people with a sensory or physical disability, including those with an acquired brain injury

There's a wide range of organisations, services and groups listed on the framework from all across Derbyshire. They offer a wide variety of activities, and different levels of support (including enhanced one-to-one) on various days (including weekends and evenings).

Getting listed on the directory

If your service wants to join the framework, we'll need to assess you to make sure you meet our standards. We'll also need to monitor you regularly to make sure that you can provide and maintain a high-quality service. 

This monitoring includes visiting you both in-person and virtually, as well as reviewing regular written updates from you.

If you need help to develop your service, we'll give our support where possible.

Please note that If we think you haven't maintained the standards we set, we can remove your service from the framework.
