Local studies books
Local Studies libraries hold a huge variety of books, old and new, on all aspects of the local scene. We also keep selected material on wider English historical topics and family history. Many local history titles are included in Derbyshire Libraries' online library catalogue but only recent additions to the reference stock of the Chesterfield and County Hall collections appear there. Many older books are still only recorded in the card based catalogues of the two libraries.
