We have got a number of events happening throughout the year across Derbyshire to celebrate the National Year of Reading.

Take a look and see how you can get involved.

Themed Internet Taster Sessions at Chesterfield Library

Participants will have a sheet of websites to explore linked to the National Year of Reading theme for that month.
Sessions are free but booking is essential.

Chesterfield Library is running a six week course of Rhythm and Rhyme sessions aimed at grandparents starting at 2 until 2.45pm on Thursdays: 26 June, 3 July, 10 July and 17 July.

Murder Mystery evening at Brimington Library

Thursday 6 November 7.30 to 9pm  
An event for crime fiction fans to solve a murder plot themselves, the scene being set by local chesterfield publisher “Cr?me de la Crime”.
