Why not borrow a music CD the next time you visit your local library?
Many libraries have collections of music CDs for loan.
As well as the latest chart and classical CDs we have a large back catalogue collection, extending back to the 1950's, plus jazz and blues, shows and opera, and music from all over the world.
We welcome suggestions from our users for CDs to add to our collections, and individual titles can be reserved in the same way as books.
CDs are loaned for one week and there is a charge for this service.
The following libraries have collections of CDs:
Alfreton, Belper, Bolsover, Buxton, Chesterfield, Dronfield, Eckington, Glossop, Heanor, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Matlock, New Mills, Ripley and Swadlincote. Find your local library.
