Which benefits do we recognise?

If you fall into one of the following categories you are entitled to reduced charges for some services:  

  • individuals and their dependants in receipt of Income Support  
  • individuals in receipt of Incapacity Benefit or Job Seekers Allowance  
  • people aged 60 plus
  • Gold Card holders
  • children under 12  
  • young people aged 12 up to 18th birthday
  • B-Line Card holders
  • students in full-time education
  • visually impaired and print denied people  
  • housebound people
  • deaf and hearing impaired people.
