Information about the main charges in Derbyshire Libraries.

For lost and damaged books, audio books, compact discs, tapes, console games, DVDs and videos from Derbyshire libraries the full current published or recommended retail price will be charged for replacement.

The charge for using a videophone is:

UK calls 15p per minute
European calls £1.00 per minute
rest of the world £3.00 per minute
calls to Derbyshire County Council offices, including libraries, are free
calls made to the Inland Revenue and other appropriate statutory agencies are free
there is no charge for deaf and hearing-impaired customers.
