From the heart of New Mills follow the Millennium Walkway to this newly declared Local Nature Reserve, part of the Riverside Park.

Ramble by the river and walk through the woodlands. Mousley Bottom now sits where once a landfill site, gas works and sewage works stood.

Explore this haven for wildlife, why not follow the long distance walk the Midshire’s Way through the site and on towards Hague Bar.
