Highordish Picnic Site

Highoredish car park and picnic site offers stunning views over Ogston Reservoir.

The car park at Highoredish is open at weekends and bank holidays from Easter until the end of October. Access to the site on foot is permissible at all other times.

It is on the site of a former gritstone quarry high up on a ridge and provides a good base to explore the local Rights of Way.

Circular walks are waymarked from the car park.

The site has heathland plants including Heather and Bilberry.
