Nature Watch Club
Shipley Country Park's Nature Watch Club is a group for local children to learn about the environment through games and activities, make new friends and have fun.
The club is for seven to 11 year olds only, and meets one Sunday per month, between March and December (except August). Sessions are organised and led by Shipley Country Park rangers.
Typical activities include: Mini-beast safari, pond-dipping, tree walks, bird watching, arts and crafts, and membership costs £9 for the year.
The group is supported by Wildlife Watch − the UK's leading club for young environmentalists and junior section of The Wildlife Trust. For further information about 'Derbyshire Wildlife Watch' please click on the link in the more information section below.
