Welcome to the literature development pages for Derbyshire County Council.


We:

  • develop a wide-range of literature projects and events, including the Derbyshire Poet Laureate scheme.

  • provide information and advice for writers and writing groups; including details of writing groups based in Derbyshire.

  • work in partnership with the Literature Network East Midlands and Writing East Midlands to support writers based in the region.
