Grants
We have four grant schemes for the arts − artists, small arts grants, community arts grants and arts festival grants.
Derbyshire Arts Partnership also fund Derbyshire Artists' Marketing grants (opens in a new window), which are available to support marketing activities which will sustain a creative business and to help it grow.
Arts Festival grants
These grants are awarded on a rolling basis, and provide funding of up to £2,000 to any Derbyshire Arts Festival for projects which fit into one or more of these categories:
- opening up opportunities for new audiences and participants in arts activities througout the county
- enabling arts festivals to thrive and grow
- supporting the creative economy and encouraging creativity and development in local communities
- taking part in activities around the London 2012 Torch Relay Route through Derbyshire
- encouraging young people to take part in the arts.
There is one deadline for this grant stream for the 2012/2013 financial year, which is Friday 30 March 2012. The application form for 2012/2013 is available in the related documents section.
