Performance

We aim to make our website available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are occasions where it is necessary to carry out maintenance on the site which means our website is unavailable for short periods of time.

We have set a target for the site to be available at least 98.98 per cent of each calendar month.

During July 2008 the website was available 99.94 per cent of the time.
