Woodland

We manage a number of woodlands and plantations throughout Derbyshire.

Woodland maintenance

Barbecues are not permitted at any of our sites.

We encourage the creation of new woodlands and are committed to improving the existing woodlands to maintain and enhance the character of the landscape and provide habitats for wildlife.

To help us achieve this we work with a wide range of volunteer groups and other partners.

Our management of woodlands and plantations always takes into consideration the sensitive needs of wildlife.
