Feed-in Tariffs

You can claim cash back for electricity produced from eligible renewable and low-carbon sources as part of the Feed-in-Tariffs scheme. This started on 1 April 2010.

  • Technologies qualifying for the scheme include (up to 5 MW)

  • anaerobic digestion

  • hydroelectricity

  • solar photovoltaic (PV) electric

  • wind turbines.
