Opening times
8.30am to 6.00pm daily. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
The site can be very busy during the weekends and at bank holidays so there may be some queuing at these times. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Directions
The site is situated just off the A6 between Darley Dale and Rowsley.
From Matlock town centre follow the A6 north, through Darley Dale, past the Whitworth Centre and Firth Rixson, towards Rowsley. The site is signposted 'Recycling Centre' to the left, approx. 100 metres past the Shalimar restaurant.
From Bakewell town centre follow the A6 south, through Rowsley. The site is signposted 'Recycling Centre' to the right 0.6 miles after the A6/B6012 Chatsworth Road junction.
