Top tips
Here's our top tips for Christmas leftovers:
Left over turkey just doesn't have to mean sandwiches, spice things up this year with a curry.
Left over hard cheeses, such as stilton and cheddar, are perfect for freezing. Even smallest portions can be frozen and used in soups and sauces for extra flavour.
Freeze any cold meats leftover after Boxing Day; they'll be ideal for sandwiches when we're back to work in the New Year.
Use up the last of the Christmas pudding by mixing it with vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert second time around.
Party foods that didn't get eating are great for freezing and used in packed lunches when you are back to work or school.
