Electrical waste

Don't bin it - bring it! logo

Most of us know that we can take our large bulky electricals like fridges and cookers to the Household Waste Recycling Centre. But did you know that you can take your old small electrical items like kettles and toasters for recycling too?

Have you ever seen a crossed-out wheeled bin sign on any of your products? This means that you should not throw them away in your bin.

To recycle your small electrical items, take them to your nearest Household Waste Recycling Centre.

Derbyshire has linked with the national campaign to increase recycling of small electricals.

Remember don't bin it, bring it!
