Waste Local plan

The waste local plan sets out policy to help determine planning applications for waste development in the administrative areas of Derby and Derbyshire outside the Peak District National Park. 

Paper copies of the documents listed in the more information section on this page are available for inspection at the various district and borough planning offices around the county and at Buxton library.
