Applications can be made by either printing out the forms which can be completed offline and submitted by post along with all relevant documents and the appropriate fee.
Or online, with relevant documents as electronic attachments and the fee made by ePayments or a separate cheque sent through the post if you wish.
It is recommended that if the documents are very large (over 20 MB) then these are submitted under separate cover by post.
We welcome electronic versions of the documents as this assists in the process of making them available for consultation on our website. They can be submitted on CD or DVD.
