Waterways and wetlands
Our waterways include a variety of wetlands, canals, reservoirs and ponds
We are responsible for 105 hectares of open water, including reservoirs and many ponds.
We also manage 22 kilometres of canals, including the Chesterfield Canal in the North East of the county and the wildlife-rich Cromford Canal in the Derbyshire Dales.
