Everybody's Talking campaign

Everybody's talking logo

Everybody's Talking About Climate Change is a project which aims to raise awareness of climate change and change attitudes positively so people feel they can take action on climate change.

The campaign is aimed at householders, employees, schools, community and voluntary groups and large industries operating in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire where the campaign is running. Over the next year the campaign will be operating across the two counties.

The campaign is being run by the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Local Authorities' Energy Partnership (LAEP) which includes all county, city and district councils in the two counties, together with the Peak District National Park Authority. The LAEP has been working together for the last 14 years on sustainable energy and climate change issues. The LAEP is also involved at national level helping to shape national policy on these matters.

Pledge to do your bit online
Log onto the Everybody's Talking (opens in a new window) website for more information. You can also make a pledge (opens in a new window) to make some changes to help reduce climate change and take part in the campaign.

We all have to play our part, both individuals and organisations and no matter how small a change we make it will be part of the overall contribution to reducing the impact of climate change.
