Aims of conference

• To explore alternative models of leadership

• To explore strategies needed to lead people through change

• To give opportunities to share good practice and network with other colleagues

• To explore personal strategies to deal with the challenges of leadership

Keynote speakers included Peter Hall Jones, Consultant with QCA (Qualification and Curriculum Authority).  Jude Kelly, Artistic director of the Southbank Centre and Steve Munby, Chief Executive of the National College
