Exclusions
When a parent/carer is advised that their child is excluded from school it can be a distressing and confusing time, for both the parents/carers and child. The leaflet in the more information section aims to answer some of the most frequently asked questions associated with exclusion, and advise you on where to get further support.
The Parent Partnership (opens in a new window) offers an impartial service offering support for parents and carers of children with special needs and at risk of exclusion.
Part of the work of our behaviour support service is to support schools to improve pupil behaviour and reduce exclusions, to support the re-integration of excluded pupils and to provide or secure the best possible education for pupils who are unable to attend school as a result of their behaviour.
