Choosing childcare

Not sure about early learning or childcare choices?

The essential guide booklets in the related documents section can help you decide what type of childcare would best suit you and your family. Also see our 'Looking for Childcare - Hints and Tips' guide.

You can also speak to a Families Information Service advisor - contact us on 01629 535793 or email us at info.fis@derbyshire.gov.uk.

See our early years education section to find out more about your child's entitlement to a free place and how to access it.

See childcare inclusion for more information about how we can help childcare settings to meet your child's needs.

Inclusion Plus is a programme to develop a quality workforce, qualified and experienced to meet the needs of disabled children, young people and their families, enabling parents and carers to return to work or learning.
