Community Paediatricians - Derbyshire Healthcare Nhs Foundation Trust
Community Paediatricians are the children's doctors who specialise in looking after children with special educational needs and disabilities. We carry out assessments of children with developmental problems such as delayed milestones, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, autism and ADHD. We work closely with our colleagues in other parts of the health service, in education and in social care. We provide health information for children who are having an assessment of their educational needs.
