Learning Disability Services (Adult) - Derbyshire Community Health Services Nhs Foundation Trust
The service works with adults, from the age of 18 onwards, who have a learning disability and whose needs cannot be met adequately through mainstream services. The service will offer:- - Assessment and treatment - Care and planning - Clinical therapeutic intervention For individuals who in addition to their learning disability have significant physical, sensory, communication, behavioural, psychological or complex mental health problems. We are a multidisciplinary service including Psychology, Nursing, Speech and Language Therapy, physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychiatry.
