-Brailsford Pre-School aims to give children aged two to five an educational experience in a fun and caring environment. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, focusing on giving our children the foundations and readiness for future learning and development. - At the heart of the community, we meet Monday - Thursday, during term time, in the village Institute which gives us access to a large indoor space and a separate room we can use for more age specific activities. - We have access to a large, secure outside space and a member of staff has responsibility for developing our outdoor curriculum. - We are proud to be a fully inclusive setting welcoming all children. - We have a permanent Special Educational Needs co-ordinator and encourage our staff to continue their professional development through training and the sharing of best practice. - As a charity we are managed by a voluntary committee and a dedicated team of four permanent staff. - We offer free funded space for two, three and four year olds and we welcome childcare vouchers as payment. - We aim to work closely with parents and actively encourage parent/carer participation. - We can offer taster sessions for families who wish to learn more about our setting and welcome all enquiries. - We currently provide lunch cover on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
