Sport and health courses

We have courses in a variety of venues with excellent facilities and our tutors are well qualified in their subject areas. Our courses are designed for complete beginners through to courses with qualifications intended to equip you for work.

We offer a wide range of subjects including sports and fitness, complementary therapies, beauty therapies, food and cookery, first aid, health and safety and food safety.

With a variety of long and short courses they can be tailor-made to suit your needs including distance learning.

We also offer courses for small businesses particularly in first aid, health and safety and food safety. In addition we work with other service providers including Health Promotion, Probation Service and the county catering service to promote healthier school meals.

You can move on and develop your skills with the different course levels on offer. By taking a qualification you can become professionally qualified and seek employment in fitness and complementary and beauty therapies.
