The provisional booking will be held for two weeks only. 

In order to confirm your booking please print and complete the application form from the related documents section and return it to us together with a non refundable, £50.00 deposit (please make cheques payable to Derbyshire County Council).

On receipt of the application form and deposit, we will make a definite booking on your behalf and send you a receipt for monies paid confirmation of your booking and users notes.
