Group entry form
This is a list of all the students and accompanying adults attending your course. Please complete the column for groups so that the students are in the working groups you wish them to be in. Our standard group size is 10.
Information for course members
Parents/guardians information about what their child can expect from a residential at White Hall. Please print one for every student attending the course.
Consent form
A consent form signed by parent/guardian is required for every student attending a course at White Hall. Please print one for every student attending the course.
Dormitory plan
This is for groups of 50 or more. If you are bringing less than 50 please contact the centre with the number of male/female students and accompanying adults to discuss accommodation arrangements.
Please complete and send the completed forms as soon as possible, but at least one month prior to the course to:
