Rope courses
Lea Green is home to some of the country's most spectacular high and low ropes challenge courses!
These courses were developed as a part of the Government's New Opportunities in Physical Education and Sport Programme and are supported by the Big Lottery Fund.
The courses are designed to provide a structured challenge programme that works with groups and individuals on ability and movement skills, balance, trust, team building, communication, as well as a wide range of other skills. The various courses provide an ideal facility for young people and adults alike.
In keeping with Lea Greens development philosophy they are designed to be fun and offer participants the chance to choose their particular level of challenge.
The ropes courses can be accessed as part of a structured development programme with Lea Green staff or the Youth Service adventurous activities team, or they can be booked for use as part of a non-residential activity day at Lea Green.
