We offer a range of courses designed to develop skills in teamwork and communication and to help staff in their work with young people.

We are able to run courses tailored to suit the needs of staff teams, these can focus on a range of topics including trust, management skills, team building and communication skills.

We also run first aid courses designed for teachers, youth workers or adults working with young people in an outdoor environment.
Recognised by the Health and Safety Eexecutive (HSE) at the level of appointed persons the courses provide you with the skills and confidence to provide assistance and first aid in an emergency.
Off-Site Safety Management Course (NVQ III)
This qualification is suitable for teachers who lead field trips and education visits, for youth leaders who work with young people in voluntary organisations or indeed, anyone who has to take young people or children anywhere including on residential stays, to away matches or even down to the local library.
