Local Public Service Agreements (DCC)

Local Public Service Agreements (LPSAs) are contracts between central Government and local authorities that are intended to deliver improvements in key outcomes for local residents.

In return for a potential reward grant, councils agree to deliver more services or to improve services more quickly than would otherwise have been the case.

Since 2000 Derbyshire County Council has been involved in the development of two LPSAs.  To find out more about these agreements please use the links on the left hand menu.
