Complaints procedure

We have a complaints procedure detailing how complaints about the council should be handled.

In our complaints procedure you can find out how complaints will be handled, the three stages of the complaints procedure and also information from the Local Government Ombudsman.

If you have a complaint or comment about the council please contact us. You can also find out how to take your complaint to the local government ombudsman if you don't think we have dealt with it fairly or well.
