Funding Policy

Here you can find out more about the Voluntary and Community Sector Funding Policy for 2007-2009.

In order to improve the support we provide to the voluntary and community sector (VCS) we have developed a VCS funding policy. It has been produced after extensive consultation with a wide range of voluntary and community organisations.

This is seen as the first step in formally setting out the council's approach to the administration of funding to the voluntary and community sector. It is, therefore, a key part of the council's overall aim of seeking to improve the way in which we support the sector.
