Local Area Agreement Performance Management

Performance management arrangements have been established to ensure the successful delivery of the Local Area Agreement (LAA).

These have been built upon the existing mechanisms that are in place for monitoring, reporting and managing performance both at county and partnership level. Local partners will be able to review and manage progress and performance against the agreed outcomes and targets in the Local Area Agreement.

Each of the four blocks will champion the performance management arrangements and will ensure that these are effective in achieving the delivery of outcomes and targets.
