The Derbyshire Mapping Portal is designed to provide members of the public with access to Derbyshire County Council location-based data for information purposes only.
Every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
The Council is not liable in respect of any direct or consequential loss, damage or injury (financial, contractual or otherwise) caused as a result or allegedly as a result of reliance on the information.
Property boundaries shown in the Portal do not relate to land ownership. Land ownership queries should be referred to the Land Registry.
Ordnance Survey Copyright Statement
Any Ordnance Survey mapping in the Portal is provided by Derbyshire County Council under licence from the Ordnance Survey, on behalf of the Controller of Her Majesty's Stationery Office Crown Copyright.
Unauthorised reproduction infringes Crown Copyright and may lead to prosecution or civil proceedings.

Derbyshire County Council retains copyright to all original material created by it in the Derbyshire Mapping Portal.
