Need a b_line card?
Do you have children who've just started sixth form or college? Have they had their new b_line card yet?
If your child has moved into sixth form at the same school or another school or college in Derbyshire, the b_line photographer will have held a session for new card photos and cards should be issued automatically.
If they've missed this session, they will need to apply individually using this standard form (opens in a new window).
If they haven't received their card by now, they should ask in the school office whether it is being processed or whether they need to apply for a new one individually.
If they have moved to a school or college outside Derbyshire they will need to apply for a card individually using this BX form (opens in a new window).
