Forward Plan of Key Decisions

Under the Access to Information rules we are required to publish a "Forward Plan of Key Decisions".

A Key Decision is any decision which –

results in the Authority incurring expenditure which is, or making savings which are, significant having regard to the Authority’s budget for the service or function to which the decision relates;
or is significant in terms of its effects on communities living or working in an area comprising two or more electoral divisions in Derbyshire.

We have decided that a Key Decision is one that will either involve the Council in spending £500,000 or more, or in making a similar saving.
