You have a right to equality, fairness and support while working for us.
The Influencing Futures Network was set up to support the development of all employees within the council. Under the umbrella of this network, a number of employee networks have been set up.
We are committed to creating equality of opportunity in everything we do and our employee support groups are helping us to do that.
Everyone working for us also has access to Employee Advisory Resource's free, independent, confidential 24 hour helpline, staffed by trained advisors offering support and advice on a range of issues. You will receive details of this scheme when you begin work with us.
