Black and Minority Ethnic employee network
Our Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) employee network helps to influence and monitor our policies.
Our quarterly meetings provide a secure and confidential forum in which to discuss issues relating to BME employees and we'd like to hear from you if youwork for the council and want to be involved.
We try to hold meetings at locations throughout the county to help ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend.
