Your council
I was elected on to the council in June 2009 where, as well as the above position, I’m a member of the Standards Committee, the Education and Young People Improvement and Scrutiny Committee, and the Finance, Management and Regeneration Improvement and Scrutiny Committee.
I also represent the authority on the Derbyshire Combined Fire Authority and Hilton on South Derbyshire District Council.
I moved to Etwall in 2001 from Derby, where I was a city councillor, and have experience locally as a parish councillor and school governor.
If you want to contact me about any aspect of Derbyshire County Council’s business or services you can do so by using the following details:
You can also come along to any of Derbyshire County Council meetings (opens in a new window) which take place six times a year, usually on a Wednesday afternoon, at its headquarters in Matlock. You can either just watch the proceedings or you can ask a question.
I represent the council on a number of outside organisations or bodies
