Your council
I was elected as a county councillor for Holymoorside and Wingerworth in 1997 and sit on its Healthier Communities Improvement and Scrutiny Committee and represent the council on the Derbyshire Police Authority.
I also represent Wingerworth on North East Derbyshire District Council, and I attend all five parish councils in my division as I believe it’s the best way to keep in touch and help with local problems.
Below you’ll find details of how to contact me and some of the issues relating to this area. There's also the chance for you to have your say, good or bad, on county council related matters so you can help shape what we do and how we do it, both now and in years to come.

You can also come along to any of Derbyshire County Council meetings which take place six times a year, usually on a Wednesday afternoon, at its headquarters in Matlock. You can either just watch the proceedings or you can ask a question. Details of how to do this are available here.
