Bill Camm

I was first elected on to the council in 1970 and sit on its Resources Improvement and Scrutiny Committee. I’ve been a councillor on other authorities since 1961 and I'm involved with many local activities and organisations including Sawley Cricket Club and Long Eaton’s Trident Swimming Club, being President of both, and Long Eaton Cycling Club.

Below you’ll find details of when I hold my surgeries, how to contact me and some of the issues relating to this area. There’s also the chance for you to have your say, good or bad, on county council related matters so you can help shape what we do and how we do it, both now and in years to come.

You can also come along to any of Derbyshire County Council meetings which take place six times a year, usually on a Wednesday afternoon, at its headquarters in Matlock.    You can either just watch the proceedings or you can ask a question. Details of how to do this are available here .
