Your council
I was elected on to the council in June 2009 and, as well as the above position, sit on its Education and Young People Improvement and Scrutiny Committee.
I live in Sandiacre and I’m a former pupil of St John Houghton and Hallam Fields schools. I’m a graduate of the University of Derby with a Degree in Business Information Systems, and I currently work in Ilkeston for a small publishing company.

You can find me at your local parish council meetings as follows:
Sandiacre on the first Tuesday of the month
Risley on the second Thursday of the month
Ockbrook on the first Wednesday of the month
Staton-by-Dale on the first Thursday of the month.
You can also come along to any of Derbyshire County Council meetings which take place six times a year, usually on a Wednesday afternoon, at its headquarters in Matlock.
