Your council
I was elected on to the County Council in May 2005 and sit on its Audit Committee, Pensions Committee and the Adult Health and Care Improvement and Scrutiny Committee - all issues of particular interest to me.
I was born in Newbold, went to school there and live in the division. I’m also a Chesterfield Borough councillor for part of the division which I’ve represented since 1991.
So I have a good knowledge of the area and look forward to continuing to help local people.
If you want to contact me about any aspect of Derbyshire County Council’s business or services you can do so by using the following details:
I hold regular surgeries in different parts of the constituency to try and make it as convenient as possible for people to see me.
There’s no need to make an appointment, just drop in.
The time will vary depending how busy it gets, but I’ll be there for at least an hour.
Please see the local press for adverts for specific times and places. Otherwise please contact me by telephone.
You can also come along to any of Derbyshire County Council meetings (opens in a new window) which take place six times a year, usually on a Wednesday afternoon, at its headquarters in Matlock. You can either just watch the proceedings or you can ask a question.
