Comprising 10 members: six Labour, two Conservative, two Liberal Democrat.

Regulatory - Licensing and Appeals Delegation Sub - Committee 
To deal with matters of urgency where the convening of the full committee would not be appropriate. It comprises of three members including the Chair and Vice Chair and one Conservative

Regulatory - Planning and Control Committee
