Pensions Committee
The Pensions Committee is responsible for pensions policy matters and individual cases that arise.
The Committee is responsible for the Council's statutory functions as administering authority under the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations, formulating and reviewing policies under the discretionary payments legislation, and the obligations on administrators of occupational pensions under the various Pensions Acts.
