New Year opening hours

Here's all you need to know about accessing our services and centres over the New Year period.

Call Derbyshire

Call Derbyshire will be closed on Monday 2 January.

We will be open as normal on our 01629 533190 number for the rest of the period.

Don't forget you can do a great many things through our website any time of day, all year round. This includes:

Emergency contact

Call Derbyshire will take social care and emergency property service calls even outside of its opening hours. You can call them on 01629 532600.

However, in a medical emergency, where a crime is being committed or fire you should call 999.

You can also follow us on Twitter (opens in a new window) and Facebook (opens in a new window) for updates or sign up to receive our news by email (opens in a new window).

If you are feeling unwell or need medical advice you can call 111 free from any phone to speak to an NHS adviser.

County Hall, Matlock

County Hall will be closed on Monday 2 January.

Reception will be open from 8am to 5pm on normal working days and closed on Monday 2 January.
