Consultation on the Policy for the Future Provision of Transport to Denomination Schools in Derbyshire

Consultation Summary

Aims & Purpose

The county council has a policy on home to school transport which sets out the circumstances under which it will provide free or subsidised transport to help young people get to school.

The consultation exercise concerns options to change the council’s current policy for denominational transport (transport to faith and voluntary aided schools) from September 2010.  Your views will help us in shaping future policy.
